A: After printing and other costs are taken into consideration, we are able to donate more than half the cover price - £4/copy. The event has been registered with the Comic Relief charity.

Q: Who is the author?

A: Mike Clough is a university teacher with a love of the beautiful game. The author intended to take part in the six-mile sponsored run. Being hopelessly unfit, however, he decided against it preferring instead to write this book.

Q: How many pages? What is the quality?

A: 150. Professional – both the writing and the bind.

Q: Who is it likely to appeal to?

A: Anyone who has an interest in football or history. Also, the general reader will find it entertaining, with a simple but engaging narrative linking the history bits. But be aware that ‘The Time-travelling Football Fan’ is written for adult readers (16 plus).

Q: How do I order? Can I order more than 1 copy?

A: On this website, via paypal. Alternatively, complete and send the form on the 'buy page'. Either way, you will then be contacted via email with an expected delivery date. Please order as many copies as you want - the more sold the more money Sport Relief 2008 makes. Sell them on and help this important cause. Schools, colleges and universities are encouraged to order multiple copies.
